What a great way to start your day!

I had so much more energy the days we worked out together. Susan is an inspirational, dedicated instructor who provided us with a program that was rewarding both physically and mentally. Each session she came up with a different series of exercises that made the hour flow perfectly. I definitely saw results in my overall body strength and noticed a physical change in my legs and stomach after only 3 weeks into the program.

Susan is definitely a motivator who made me realize you can achieve positive results with hard work and dedication.

I just completed my first boot camp with Susan today, 6/16/08. I was a little intimidated about going to the first session after not working out for a long time. I wasn't sure if it would be too advanced for me or not advanced enough. I ran the NYC Marathon in 2000. Since the marathon, I've stayed in decent shape and active, but haven't worked out as hard or as often. Going into boot camp I considered myself in good health and decent shape, but out of the routine of working out and wanting to feel more energy and muscle tone. Susan was great for this and told me that each person will have to work to their ability. She was able to incorporate a variety of workouts to keep us interested in what was coming next. She is serious about fitness and fun at the same time. Susan's boot camp was a really positive way for me to get a jumpstart returning to a regular fitness routine because of the balanced, fun and exciting attitude she has. Finally, in just four weeks, I do see increased muscle tone in my arms and legs, a reduction in my waist and my clothes seem to fit nicer. I really can't ask for more than that. Susan provides plenty of individual attention when needed and the class is very affordable.

My first boot camp, but not my last...
I don't know where to start...First of all, I'm probably the most unmotivated person on earth. Thanks to Susan I've become a changed woman.

I went to boot camp hoping it would be the one thing that would get me off my butt and start exercising. Well, Susan did just that! She kept the class interesting and every day it was a different routine. Not one class was the same. I would wake up and look forward to class wondering the whole way there what Susan would have us doing.

Susan has such a bubbly personality and you feel welcomed to her class from the moment you walk in the door. She made me realize that I had muscles in places that I didn't know muscles existed. Also, working with a small group helped all of us encourage each other to push ourselves a little harder each time and make some great friends. Susan worked each of us at our own level. It turned out to be the best hour of the day. You leave there feeling great about yourself and Susan was the reason for it.

It was the best experience I've ever had with exercising and I will be attending more boot camps. I plan on bringing my daughter with me for the next session. Once you attend Susan's classes you will be hooked too!!

Susan is a bubbly, energetic and knowledgeable trainer. She teaches her classes in such a wonderful manner, that the hour just flies by. It is apparent that Susan spends quality time creating her programs, as every exercise seamlessly flows into the next. There is so much variety in not only the day's program, but in all of the sessions, to make it fun and challenging.

Susan takes the time to answer questions and reminds us all of proper form. One of the most interesting things about Susan's Boot Camp Challenge is that everyone can work at his or her own pace. Susan also pushes you enough to reach beyond your comfort zone, but not so much that injury or exhaustion could result-as is often seen with unskilled trainers. I can already see improvements in my cardiovascular endurance and in my strength in only two and a half weeks!
