Our mission for Boot Camp Challenge (BCC) Omaha Region: is to offer a unique training program that provides individual attention in a motivating group setting to help achieve fitness goals with measurable results.

What is BCC:
Group Personal Training/Group Fitness

• It is more than just 'exercise' it is a 'journey' to help take BCC members further than they thought they could go on their own
• BCC runs in sessions. Because there is a start and end date, the trainees feel successful reaching their goal(s) and return for several BOOT CAMPs
• BCC members receive assessments in body composition, body measurements, cardiovascular, and muscular endurance
• BCC members receive nutritional guidance within the fitness professionals’ scope of practice.
• All workouts include cardiovascular training as well as muscular endurance training and flexibility

Who should go to BCC:
EVERYONE - people of all ages & fitness levels

Why should you go to BCC:
Simple for the SUCCESS and MOTIVATION - when the program ends, the BCC members are invigorated and motivated because of their successes and the trainer is rewarded with the knowledge that he/she was a part of that success.
